1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

A return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery (usually 3–7 days).

Proof of purchase or order number is provided.
Items NOT eligible for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

2. Return Process
To request a return:

Include your order number, product photos, and the reason for return

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping options:
A. If the product is defective or incorrect

We will arrange a pickup or reimburse your courier cost
B. If the customer changes their mind

Customer pays the return shipping fee

The item must be shipped to our return address(given on request).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Cancellations
Before shipping

After shipping
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow the return process after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
