If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may:

Hold the package at their hub for a limited time
If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we can reship it after collecting additional shipping charges.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
Although rare, delays or lost shipments can happen.

We will assist you with a replacement or further steps after reviewing the case.
9. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure the address entered during checkout is correct.
